Before Care: Trinity School of Frederick will offer a Before Care option for parents who need to drop off their children (K-8) prior to the start of carpool. Before Care will run 7:00 -7:45 AM every school day. Please note that Before Care will not be available on late arrival days. Students may bring their breakfast to eat during this time.
After Care: Trinity School of Frederick will offer an After Care option for parents who cannot pick their children (K-8) up at the end of the school day.
Monday – Thursday; 3:45 – 6:00 PM
Friday; 2:45 – 5:00 PM
After Care will offer a variety of games, puzzles, arts/crafts, reading, and playtime for students. There will not be study hall in After Care. Depending on the weather, students will go outside each day. Please plan accordingly. Students will be allowed to eat a snack, but we ask that parents pack a healthy choice for their children. Per school policy, there is no food sharing allowed, due to allergies. Children are hungry at the end of the school day, so please, pack them a filling snack to hold them over until dinnertime.
After Care will not be offered on early dismissal days or days that Trinity is closed.

Discipline at Trinity School of Frederick is a set of positive behavior management techniques that teach children how to keep their behavior within acceptable limits. We will use guidance, good role modeling, and positive reinforcement to promote good behavior. Children will be re-directed when appropriate.
Trinity School of Frederick will be closed on holidays as set out on our website and in the school handbook.
Before and After Care will not run during times of delayed openings or early dismissals due to inclement weather or scheduled early dismissals.
Please provide a healthy snack for your child each day they will attend Before/After Care. Due to food allergies, it is school policy not to share food.
MSDE/Maryland Day Care Regulations requires you to complete the following forms:
• MSDE Emergency Information Card
• MSDE Health Inventory
• MSDE Emergency Medical Consent
• Current Immunization Record
• Child Care Contract
Each of these forms is a school requirement therefore we will make copies for the Before & After Care records. Should the school be missing any of these forms, your child will not be allowed to attend the Before & After Care program.
